CrossFit 100 Livestream gives you the option to workout whenever you are. Hop on the CF100 livestream during regular class times, put on your own favorite tunes, and get after it! This membership package add-on gives you access to our daily programming and attentive coaching, all from the convenience of your current location. Never miss your daily workout again!

Virtual Private Training

If you would like to participate in coached workouts on your own time, CF100 offers the ability to work one-on-one with a coach, wherever you are.

This option is ideal for someone with a challenging travel, work or home schedule who wants to focus on specific and personal goals. Your coach will help you develop a training plan and schedule livestream workouts that are convenient for you.

  • 30 minute sessions at the rate of $40/session
  • Virtual private training sessions with an CrossFit 100 Coach that can be utilized to improve movement, develop custom programming, focus on nutrition or recovery, and much more.
  • Sessions can be combined to create a 60 minute private class experience
  • Session will be sold through Wodify, booked through Wodify Appointments, and conducted through Google Hangouts
